customer of amazon mexico hacked into my usa debit card making purchase charges to my Chase bank account. Could not reach Amazon Mexico. Chase bank blocked my account and returned the false charges.
My New York Chase business checking account is being hacked by Amazon Mexico. Unknown charges from Mexico since Oct.
2024.
They are still continuing even though Chase closed my debit card yesterday; they said that closing it will stop the charges. Well, it did not!

In La Paz, Mexico, anytime an item is ordered through Amazon and shipped via one of Amazon's carriers, Estafeta, the product never arrives and Amazon refuses to refund the money until we have talked to the shipper. Estafeta does not answer any emails, so now I have multiple items that I have paid for over a month ago and they never arrived.
Super frustrating. Items they shipped using FedEx or DHL arrive just fine, on time.

I have been a loyal customer of Amazon globally for many years. Amazon have been a great supplier for the same time - UNTIL NOW.
I received the product on October 5.
It was totally unsuitable as it was unstable.
I applied to return which was approved.
I returned the item via DHL on October 8.
I have had several online chats guaranteeing the refund will be made, but to date it has not happened.
I keep receiving emails requesting further information and a copy of the return receipt which I have sent several times.
Today I received the same request.
I contacted Amazon US today to speak to someone in English but due to limitations she could not assist.
Can someone please attend to this,
There is also a refund required for the return postage charge. When I purchased the item there was no reference to any charges if returned.

User's recommendation: Generally Amazon have been first class. But the issue above is driving me crazy and I cannot access someone who can sort it out.
Not allowing truthful review, no customer service
You will never be allowed to leave truthful review of anything sold and shipped by Amazon México. All you will get is not allowed under our review rules.Then of course there is no such thing as customer service good luck trying to contact .

I did not sign up, authorize, or sanction Amazon Mexico to withdraw money from my Capital One Account. Please advise how I can have this removed before I contact Capital One and put in a fraud claim against Amazon Mexico. The amount is undoubtedly a monthly amount.
Amazon Prime is useless to me and of no benefit.
Preferred solution: A refund back to my Capital One account and no further transactions without my authorization,

I ordered a Stanley Shop Vac on 8/3/24. A few days later the status said it was handed to the resident however I did not receive it.
The next day I chatted with 3 different reps from Amazon. They finally agreed to refund the cost.
On Friday, Aug 16,2024 I received a large box from Costco & thought maybe the shop vac was found.
It was a box inside of a box with 2 King Size pillows I did not order. However, in the bottom of the large box was the packing slip for the Stanley Shop Vac.
I took photos of all the shipping labels & I still have both boxes & the pillows.
Please advise how to proceed & if you want the photos.

You have done this several times and sometimes I get my order sometimes you refund it but this item is very important to me and I am waiting anxiously it seems there are two Gaviotas 13 in this area I am on the one by the ocean and I am sick of this happening

Hi, I recently moved to Mexico and will be there for a year. I needed to order some items for a new apartment and tried to use Amazon Mexico to order those items.
After placing the order, I received an email saying my account was put on hold. It's been 3 days; I uploaded my passport, my Wise card statement, and card information. I just want to know how long this will take to get resolved.
It has affected my USA Amazon account as well, because I used the same email address. I would like this resolved as soon as possible.

I ordered 3 carbon monoxide detectors from Amazon Mexico. First, they said it would take them a month to deliver.
Second, they never delivered my package. Third, they kept my money.
Fourth, they are the worst company to order anything from in Mexico. Thieves.
