Bad product, absolutely no way to contact Amazon Mexico
I bought a set of outdoor speakers that stopped working within about 3 months. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact amazon, the vendor, amazon US and no help is forthcoming. There appears to be no way to contact anyone about this *** product and i am pissed

I ordered two *** *** pads for my 17 year old dog. I paid for these item at oxxo, I was supposed to receive these ite.s o july 18. The items were ever delivered to me. I was not given a second shipment option or a refund option. I am downloading all the evidence. Proving this happened. I will never, ever order another item again from Amazon.mx.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Just to a while for refund. Jus insist.
Nothing has developed, can not get in touch with anyone at Amazon. The iPhone cost 299 US currency and I am furious.

I purchased the iPhone expecting the PLUS SIZE but it was not and I returned it the day after receiving it.
I only receive a not on my return account there was problems and nothing more.
There is no way to contact the via phone. It was returned and received by Amazon.

Impossible to get to someone to help at amazon mexico.
Computer generated response referred me to the online account info. They have since deleted that I have ever ordered the item.
I no longer have access to that order.
I made dozens of inquiries to the link they gave. Looks very shady to me.
They informed me that my bed was unrecoverable and they had notified the seller who would issue the refund. I contacted the seller on more than 5 occasions and they have still not replied to me. I need help from Amazon! Living in Mexico, I rely on Amazon for nearly all of my purchases, and I cannot afford to lose this money.
Please contact me as soon as possible with a solution. I have records of the dates, names, and information on my attempts for resolution. Thank you so much.

I'm pissed. They should give me my purchases which were paid up-front. This type of slow and swivel chair customer service is not fun at all.

Fraud/scammer I had a horrible experience with Amazing Mexico. The resort was not as advertised: dirty rooms, long lines for food, and cheap alcohol.
They charged me an extra $435 upon arrival, even though I had already paid in full. Two weeks later, they charged my card another $960 without reason. I have proof of these charges and will be reporting them.

customer of amazon mexico hacked into my usa debit card making purchase charges to my Chase bank account. Could not reach Amazon Mexico. Chase bank blocked my account and returned the false charges.
My New York Chase business checking account is being hacked by Amazon Mexico. Unknown charges from Mexico since Oct.
2024.
They are still continuing even though Chase closed my debit card yesterday; they said that closing it will stop the charges. Well, it did not!

In La Paz, Mexico, anytime an item is ordered through Amazon and shipped via one of Amazon's carriers, Estafeta, the product never arrives and Amazon refuses to refund the money until we have talked to the shipper. Estafeta does not answer any emails, so now I have multiple items that I have paid for over a month ago and they never arrived.
Super frustrating. Items they shipped using FedEx or DHL arrive just fine, on time.

I have not heard from them.
I received the product on October 5.
It was totally unsuitable as it was unstable.
I applied to return which was approved.
I returned the item via DHL on October 8.
I have had several online chats guaranteeing the refund will be made, but to date it has not happened.
I keep receiving emails requesting further information and a copy of the return receipt which I have sent several times.
Today I received the same request.
I contacted Amazon US today to speak to someone in English but due to limitations she could not assist.
Can someone please attend to this,
There is also a refund required for the return postage charge. When I purchased the item there was no reference to any charges if returned.

You will never be allowed to leave truthful review of anything sold and shipped by Amazon México. All you will get is not allowed under our review rules.Then of course there is no such thing as customer service good luck trying to contact .

Amazon was able to put the seller in contact with me so we could push the shipping company. I was finally able to go to the shipping company and pick up my items.
The seller was kind enough to refund any shipping costs.
And they even refunded some gas money for me. Issue has been resolved.
